Gotham Trading offers secure payment options for all online purchases. This page outlines the methods we accept and important details regarding how payments are processed for watch purchases, straps, and accessories.

Accepted Payment Methods

1. Credit & Debit Cards (Processed by Authorize.net)

We accept all major U.S. credit and debit cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

All card payments are securely encrypted and processed through Authorize.net. Gotham Trading does not store or access your full card information at any time.

2. Google Pay (G Pay)

Google Pay is available on supported devices and browsers.
If eligible, the “Buy with G Pay” button will appear directly on product pages and at checkout.

3. Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)

Wire transfers are accepted for select purchases and may qualify for a reduced “Wire Transfer Price.”

Important details:

  • Orders are not shipped until the wire transfer has fully cleared.

  • Wire transfer payments must be submitted in USD.

  • Customers are responsible for any bank or transfer fees.

Pricing Differences by Payment Method

Some items may display two prices:

  • Wire Transfer Price (discounted for bank transfers)

  • Standard Price (used for credit/debit card and Google Pay)

Your final price at checkout depends on the payment method selected.

Transaction Processing

  • Your payment will be charged at the time of checkout.

  • High-value orders may require additional identity or address verification.

  • Gotham Trading reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified.

Currency

All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD).

Declined or Failed Payments

If your card or digital wallet is declined:

  • Confirm billing information is correct

  • Ensure your bank permits high-value transactions

  • Contact your bank for approval if necessary

You may also choose Wire Transfer as an alternative method.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business:

  • Wire transfer orders require identity verification

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed using delivery, signature, and authentication proof
