We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted if the watch shows signs of tampering or damage.

Change-of-Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase just isn't the right fit. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 14-day window and are subject to a restocking fee. If your watch arrived not as described, no restocking fee will be applied.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
